Based on the authorisation provided for in Article 136.5 of the General Budget Law 47/2003, of 26 November 2003, a Summary of Central Government Accounts is published containing the main statements and documents making up the latter, regulated under Rule 39 of Order EHA/3067/2011, of 8 November 2011, adopting the Accounting System Instruction for the General State Administration.
